Common use of Amendment of Rules Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Rules. Allow the Developer or the Association, as the case may be, to make, amend or make such further and/or other rules than those contained in the Common Rules, regarding construction of the various parts of Complex, their enjoyment and other related issues.
