Common use of Amendment of Schedule 1 Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Schedule 1. 1(b)(2). Schedule 1.1(b)(2) of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by replacing such Schedule in its entirety with Schedule 1.1(b)(2) attached hereto.

Amendment of Schedule 1. 1(b)(21(a). Schedule 1.1(b)(21.1(a) of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by replacing such Schedule in its entirety with Schedule 1.1(b)(21.1(a) attached hereto.

Amendment of Schedule 1. 1(b)(23(e). Schedule 1.1(b)(21.3(e) of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by replacing deleting such Schedule schedule in its entirety and replacing the same with Annex I hereto, and such amended Schedule 1.1(b)(2) attached heretoshall be deemed for all purposes to have been delivered as of the date of the Purchase Agreement.

Amendment of Schedule 1. 1(b)(21(b)(1). Schedule 1.1(b)(21.1(b)(1) of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by replacing such Schedule in its entirety with Schedule 1.1(b)(21.1(b)(1) attached hereto.

Amendment of Schedule 1. 1(b)(21(b)(3). Schedule 1.1(b)(21.1(b)(3) of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by replacing such Schedule in its entirety with Schedule 1.1(b)(21.1(b)(3) attached hereto.
