Common use of Amendment of Schedule 1 Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Schedule 1. 1. Schedule 1.1 to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to reflect the Increase Lenders’ adjusted Revolving Commitments and the Revolving Lenders’ revised Revolving Commitment Percentages, as set forth on Annex 2 attached hereto, after giving effect to the Increase.
