Common use of Amendment of Schedule Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Schedule. 1.2(b)(i). Schedule 1.2(b)(i) of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such schedule in its entirety and replacing the same with Annex D hereto, and such amended Schedule shall be deemed for all purposes to have been delivered as of the date of the Purchase Agreement.
