Common use of Amendment of Section 9 Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Section 9. 4(f) of the Credit Agreement. Section --------------------------------------------------- 9.4(f) of the Credit Agreement is amended by deleting clauses (iii) and (v) therefrom in their entireties and substituting therefor the following clauses:

Amendment of Section 9. 4(f1(b) of the Credit Agreement.
