Common use of Amendment of Section Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Section. 3.1. Section 2.3.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the word "and" at the end of clause (c), deleting clause (e) and amending clause (d) to read as follows:

Amendment of Section. 3.113.1. Section 2.3.1 13.1 of the Credit Agreement hereby is hereby amended by inserting (a) deleting the word "and" which appears at the end of clause (c)l) thereof, (b) deleting the period which appears at the end of clause (em) thereof and amending by substituting therefor a semi-colon followed by the word "and" and (c) inserting therein as a new clause (dn) to read as followsthe following:

Section 2.3.1 9.05 of the Credit Agreement is is, effective as of the Amendment Effective Date, hereby amended by inserting (x) deleting the word "and" immediately following clause (viii) thereof, (y) replacing the period at the end of clause (c)ix) of such Section with "; and", deleting and (z) inserting the following clause (e) and amending clause (d) to read as followsat the end of such Section:

Section 2.3.1 9.03 of the Credit Agreement is is, effective as of the Amendment Effective Date, hereby amended by inserting (x) deleting the word "and" immediately following clause (ix) thereof; (y) replacing the period at the end of the clause (c)x) with "; and", deleting and (z) inserting the following clause (e) and amending clause (d) to read as followsat the end of such section:

Amendment of Section. 3.15.2. Section 2.3.1 5.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting deleting the word "and" at the end of clause (c), g) thereof and deleting clause (eh) thereof and amending clause (d) to read as followsinserting the following in its place:

Amendment of Section. 3.18.07. Section 2.3.1 8.07 of the Credit Agreement hereby is hereby amended by inserting by: (a) deleting the word "and" which appears at the end of clause (c), g) thereof; (b) deleting the period which appears at the end of clause (eh) and amending thereof substituting therefor a semi-colon followed by the word "and"; and (c) inserting therein the following new clause (di) to read as followsthereof:

Section 2.3.1 9.8 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting deleting the word "and" after clause (f) thereof and inserting after the amount "$10,000,000" as it appears at the end of clause (c), deleting clause (eg) and amending clause (d) to read as follows:thereof the following: ";

Amendment of Section. 3.19.9. Section 2.3.1 9.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting deleting the word "“and" ” at the end of clause (c)ix) thereof, deleting the period at the end of clause (ex) thereof and amending replacing it with a semicolon and the word “and” and adding new clause (dxi) to read as follows:

Section 2.3.1 9.05 of the Credit Agreement is is, effective as of the Amendment Effective Date, hereby amended (x) by inserting deleting the word "and" immediately following clause (vii) thereof, (y) replacing the period at the end of the clause (c)vii) of such Section with ";", deleting clause and (ez) inserting the following clauses (viii) and amending clause (dix) to read as followsat the end of such Section:

Amendment of Section. 3.19.5. Section 2.3.1 9.5 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of clause (c), deleting after clause (e) thereof; (b) relettering the current clause " (f) to be "(g)", and amending changing the references therein to "Section 9.5(f)" and "paragraph (f)" to "Section 9.5(g)" and "paragraph (g)", respectively; and (c) inserting the following new clause (d) to read as follows:f):
