AMENDMENT OF THIS. PART 1. Subject to paragraph 2, the present part B of this annex may be amended in the manner set out in article XIII.1 to 3 of this Agreement. 2. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, including the present annex, no amendment to this Part may be adopted unless the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has expressly consented thereto.
