Common use of Amendment or Variation Clause in Contracts

Amendment or Variation. 19.1 Subject to clause 10 and sub-clause 19.2, this Agreement may only be amended or supplemented in writing, signed by the Corporation. 19.2 At the written request of the Customer, the Corporation may, by notice in writing, vary one or more provisions of this Agreement on such terms and for such period as may be stated in the notice and this Agreement shall be so varied from the time the notice is received by the Customer.
