Common use of Amendment to Deed of Trust Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Deed of Trust. In the event the Company amends the Deed of Trust after the date of the Closing in a manner that requires the consent of Holders of Obligations (as defined in the Deed of Trust) pursuant to Section 7.2 of the Deed of Trust, the Company agrees to use reasonable commercial efforts to include an amendment to the definition of Additional Obligations as provided in the Deed of Trust to read as set forth in Exhibit A.
