Amendment to Exhibit G Clause Samples

Amendment to Exhibit G. Exhibit G to the Credit Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety by Exhibit A hereto.

Amendment to Exhibit G. The Third Amended and Restated Transfer and Servicing Agreement shall be amended by deleting in its entirety the existing Exhibit G and replacing it with the new Exhibit G set forth in Schedule 1 hereto.

Amendment to Exhibit G. Effective as of the Second Amendment Closing Date, Exhibit G attached to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in the form attached hereto as Exhibit G.
