Common use of Amendment to Introductory Paragraph Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Introductory Paragraph. The introductory paragraph on Page 1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the reference to "U.S. $32,000,000" and replacing it with "U.S. $37,000,000".

The introductory paragraph on Page 1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the reference to "U.S. $32,000,000" and replacing it with (i) during the period commencing on March 31, 2000, and continuing through May 30, 2000, "U.S. $37,000,000", and (ii) commencing on May 31, 2000, and at all times thereafter, "US $32,000,000".
