Common use of Amendment to Note Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Note. The Note is hereby amended by changing the date "September 30, 1998" in the first and last sentences of the first paragraph thereof to "November 30, 1998".

Amendment to Note. The first paragraph of the Note is hereby amended by changing replacing the date "September 30December 22, 19982000" in therein with the first and last sentences of the first paragraph thereof to date "November 30June 29, 19982001.".

Amendment to Note. The Note is hereby amended by changing the date "September June 30, 19981999" in the first and last sentences of the first paragraph thereof to "November 30December 31, 19981999.".

Amendment to Note. The Note is hereby amended by changing the date "September November 30, 1998" in the first and last sentences of the first paragraph thereof to "November 30May 31, 19981999.".

Amendment to Note. The Note is hereby amended by changing deleting from the date first sentence of the second paragraph of the first page the reference to "September 30, 19982000" and inserting "October 31, 2000" in the first and last sentences of the first paragraph thereof to "November 30, 1998"lieu thereof.
