Common use of Amendment to Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement. The definition of “Termination Date” contained in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the date “September 18, 2015” which appears in such definition and substituting in place thereof the date “October 19, 2015”.

Amendment to Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement. The definition of “Termination Date” contained in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the date “September 18November 2, 20152017” which appears in such definition and substituting in place thereof the date “October 19November 1, 20152018”.
