Common use of Amendment to Section 13 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 13. 1. Section 13.1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with the following: “The term of this Agreement shall commence on November 3, 2017, and end on September 1, 2024, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties.”

Amendment to Section 13. 1. Section 13.1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with the following: “The term of this Agreement shall commence on November 3, 2017, and end on September 115, 2024, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties.”
