Amendment to Section 7 Clause Samples

Amendment to Section 7. 03 (Liens) of the Credit Agreement. Clause (c) of Section 7.03 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated as follows:

Amendment to Section 7. 1(u). Section 7.1(u) of the Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:

Amendment to Section 7. 6(i). Section 7.6(i) of the Existing Credit Agreement is amended by deleting and replacing it in its entirety with the following:
