Common use of Amendment to Section Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section. Section 8.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (f) thereof, (ii) adding the word “and” at the end of clause (g) thereof and (iii) adding the following clause (h) after clause (g) thereof:

Amendment to Section. 11.1. Section 8.2 11.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “"and” " after the semicolon at the end of clause subsection (f) thereof, m); (ii) adding inserting the word “"and” " after the semicolon at the end of clause subsection (g) thereof n); and (iii) adding inserting the following clause as a new subsection (h) after clause (g) thereof:o):

Section 8.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by amending paragraph (if) thereof by (1) deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause (fy) thereofsubclause (b) thereof and substituting in lieu thereof a comma, (ii2) adding deleting the word “and” period at the end of clause subclause (gc) thereof and substituting in lieu thereof ", and" and (iii3) adding at the following clause end thereof immediately after subclause (hc) after clause (g) thereofa new subclause as follows:

Amendment to Section. 10.1 of the Credit Agreement (Financial ------------------------------------------------------------ Statements). Section 8.2 10.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) ---------- deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause paragraph (fb) thereof, (iib) adding the word “and” at the end of clause paragraph (gc) immediately after the semicolon therein "and" and (c) adding immediately after paragraph (c) thereof and (iii) adding the following clause new paragraph (h) after clause (g) thereof:d):

Section 8.2 6.05 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows: (a) by (i) deleting the word “text "and” " at the end of clause paragraph (f) thereof, of Section 6.05 of the Credit Agreement. (iib) by adding the word “and” at the end of clause following new paragraphs (h) and (i) following paragraph (g) thereof and (iii) adding of Section 6.05 of the following clause (h) after clause (g) thereofCredit Agreement:
