Amendment to Security Agreement Definition. The first sentence of Section 9 of the Existing Reimbursement Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the sentence in its entirety and substituting the following therefor: “To secure full and timely performance of the Obligor’s covenants set out in this Agreement and to secure the repayment of all other money owing by the Obligor to the Bank whensoever and howsoever arising and whether associated with this Agreement or the Credit Agreement, the Obligor has granted to the Bank a continuing security interest in all of the Collateral (as defined in that certain Second Amended and Restated Security Agreement dated as of May ___, 2007 (as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Security Agreement”)).”
