Common use of Amendment to Security Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Security Agreement. The Security Agreement is hereby amended as follows: (a) Clause (e) of Section 2 of the Security Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows: (e) [Reserved]; (b) Clause (m) of Section 2 of the Security Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the phrase “equipment,” contained therein. (c) Section 6(g)(iv) of the Security Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
