Amendments and Change Notices. 8.1.1 Change Notice executed by Contractor Project Manager and County Project Director. For any change which does not materially affect the scope of Work, term, contract sum, payments, or any term or condition included under this Contract, a Change Notice will be prepared by the Department’s Contracts Unit and executed by Contractor Project Manager and County Project Director.
