Common use of AMENDMENTS AND CHANGE ORDERS Clause in Contracts

AMENDMENTS AND CHANGE ORDERS. Any and all amendment to this Agreement (including any changes to the Equipment and/or Work to be provided hereunder) must be in writing and signed by the Company and Client, with each such amendment referred to as a 'Change Order'. If the Company requires a Change Order to proceed with the Work, the Client has the right to accept or cancel the Work as set forth herein. If an amendment or modification to an applicable law, rule, or regulation governing the Work materially alters a party’s obligations hereunder, the parties will negotiate in good faith a mutually-acceptable Change Order to account for such affected obligations.
