Common use of Amendments and Changes Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Changes. 22.1 The Company reserves the rights unilaterally to alter, amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement and any such changes shall, on the giving of written notice thereof to me/us, be binding on me/us immediately. Except as specifically permitted in this Agreement, no provision of this Agreement can be, nor be deemed to be, waived, altered, modified or amended unless agreed in writing signed by an authorized officer of the Company. 22.2 The Company will notify me/us of material changes in respect of its business which may affect the services it provides to me/us.
