Amendments and Points of Contact Clause Samples
The "Amendments and Points of Contact" clause defines the procedures for modifying the agreement and designates the individuals authorized to communicate or make changes on behalf of each party. Typically, it requires that any amendments to the contract be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties, and it specifies the names or roles of the persons who should be contacted for official communications. This clause ensures that changes to the agreement are properly documented and that communications are directed to the appropriate representatives, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or unauthorized modifications.
