Common use of Amendments and Releases Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Releases. Lender may accept or release any security, may release any party liable for the Indebtedness, may grant extensions, renewals, or indulgences with respect to the Indebtedness, and may apply any security for the Indebtedness to payment of the Indebtedness, without prejudice to any of Lender’s rights under this Agreement.
