Common use of Amendments and Revisions Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Revisions. This Agreement may be amended by mutual agreement of the Parties only if the amendment is in writing and approved and signed by Developer, Landowner, and the County (an "Amendment"). Subject to any terms, obligations, and limitations of the agreement(s) between Landowner and Developer apart from this Agreement, the following sections specify what Project changes can be undertaken without the need for amendment of the Development Agreement, and what changes require Amendment to this Agreement.
