Common use of Amendments and Revisions Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Revisions. This Development Agreement may be amended by mutual agreement of the Parties only if the amendment is in writing and signed by Applicant and the County and is approved by the BOCC (an "Amendment"), whose approval shall not unreasonably be withheld.
