Amendments and Successors. No agreement shall be effective to amend, supplement or discharge in whole or in part this Agreement unless such agreement is in writing, signed by the Collateral Agents. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
