Common use of Amendments and Supplements to Registration Statement Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Supplements to Registration Statement. Prepare and file with the Commission such amendments and supplements to such registration statements and the prospectuses used in connection therewith as may be necessary to keep such registration statements effective and to comply with the provisions of the Securities Act with respect to the disposition of all Registrable Securities and other securities, if any, covered by such registration statements until the earlier of (i) such time as all of such Registrable Securities have been disposed of in accordance with the intended methods of disposition by the Investors set forth in such registration statement or (ii) the second anniversary of the exercise in full or earlier termination of the Warrant.
