Common use of Amendments and Supplements to the Indenture Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Supplements to the Indenture. Notwithstanding any provisions in the Indenture, the Shipowner agrees that no amendments or supplements will be made to the Indenture without the Secretary's prior written consent, and any purported action contrary to this Section shall be null and void ab initio and of no force and effect.
