Common use of Amendments Binding on all Holders and Beneficial Owners Clause in Contracts

Amendments Binding on all Holders and Beneficial Owners. From and after the Effective Date, the amendments to the Deposit Agreement, the ADRs currently outstanding, and the form of ADR annexed as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement effected hereby shall be binding on all Holders and Beneficial Owners of ADSs issued and outstanding as of the Effective Date and on all Holders and Beneficial Owners of ADSs issued after the Effective Date.
