Amendments Binding on all Holders and Beneficial Owners. From and after the Effective Date, the amendments to the Deposit Agreement effected hereby shall be binding on all Holders and Beneficial Owners of GDSs issued and outstanding as of the Effective Date and on all Holders and Beneficial Owners of GDSs issued after the Effective Date.
