Common use of Amendments by us Clause in Contracts

Amendments by us. 2.1 We may vary any details of this agreement or a Direct Debit Request at any time by giving you at least fourteen (14) days written notice. 2.2 If your scheduled payment is rejected or dishonoured three or more times in a three month period, the opportunity to pay in this manner may be withdrawn and all fees outstanding at that date must be paid in full within 14 days of you receiving notice of such withdrawal.
