Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither the Administrative Agent nor any Sustainability Structuring Agent shall be bound by any waiver, amendment, supplement or modification hereof or of any other Loan Document which affects its duties, rights, and/or function hereunder or thereunder unless it shall have given its prior written consent thereto.
