Common use of Amendments for security reasons Clause in Contracts

Amendments for security reasons. If Amendments are to take effect during the current Calendar Year and in the discretion of CF Montréal are reasonably necessary to address safety, security or emergency situations, Members will be informed of any such Amendments upon the Amendments taking effect and will not entitle a Member to any refunds of any payments made prior to the Amendments if the Member subsequently chooses to cancel the Membership as a result of the Amendments.
