AMENDMENTS OF ARTICLES. Except as otherwise provided in the LLC Act, no amendment of the Articles shall be valid unless it is approved by the unanimous vote of the members and is filed in compliance with the LLC Act.

AMENDMENTS OF ARTICLES. Except as otherwise provided in the LLC Act, no amendment of the Articles shall be valid unless it is approved by the unanimous vote of the members Members, in writing, and is filed in compliance with signed by all of the LLC ActMembers. However, the Articles may be amended by decision of the Members for the purpose of changing the registered agent or changing the principal place of business.

AMENDMENTS OF ARTICLES. Except as otherwise provided in the LLC Act, no amendment of the Articles shall be valid unless it is approved by the unanimous vote of the members Members, is in writing, is signed by all of the parties and is filed in compliance with the LLC Act. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the Articles are amended by decision of the Members for the purpose of changing the registered agent or changing the principal place of business, the foregoing unanimous vote, writing requirement and execution by the Members shall not be required.
