AMENDMENTS OF CERTAIN DEBT. The Loan Parties will not, nor will they permit any Subsidiary to, without the prior written consent of the Required Lenders, amend, modify, waive or extend or permit the amendment, modification, waiver or extension of any term of any document governing or relating to any Indebtedness incurred pursuant to Sections 7.03(i) or (q) unless the criteria for such Indebtedness set forth in Sections 7.03(i) or (q) (as applicable) continue to be met after such amendment, modification, waiver or extension.
