Amendments or Modifications. 21.1 Except as provided in Section 13.2 of Article 13 of this Agreement, no amendment or modification shall be made to this Agreement, in whole or in part, except by an instrument in writing executed by authorized representatives of the Parties, and no amendment or modification shall be made by course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade.
