Amendments or Supplements Without Consent of Holders. Without the consent of any Holders, the Issuer, any Guarantor (with respect to a Guarantee or this Indenture to which it is a party), when authorized by Board Resolutions of their respective Board of Directors, and the Trustee, at any time and from time to time, may amend or supplement this Indenture, any Guarantee or the Notes, in form satisfactory to the Trustee, for any of the following purposes:
