AMENDMENTS OR TERMINATION OF THE LEASE. Except as otherwise permitted under Section 9.5 of the Participation Agreement, Lessor agrees that it will not enter into any agreement amending, supplementing, hypothecating, waiving, discharging or terminating the Lease.
