Subject to Section 3.5 hereof, the Indenture is hereby amended by deleting the following provisions of the Indenture and all references thereto in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “Intentionally Omitted”: · Section 4.02 Reports · Section 4.03 Officer’s Certificate as to Compliance · Section 4.04 Maintenance of Office or Agency · Section 4.05 Money for Notes; Payments to be Held in Trust
