Amendments to Existing Definitions. Subsection 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby further amended by deleting the reference to "$175,000,000" contained in the definition of "Letters of Credit Suballocation" and substituting "the Maximum Letter of Credit Amount" therefor.
