Amendments to Existing Mortgages. Section 2.1 Each Existing Mortgage is hereby amended, effective as of the date hereof, as expressly set forth in this Section 2.1: (a) Each reference in each Existing Mortgage to "Mortgagee" or "Secured Party" shall be deemed to refer to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent for the Banks under the Restated Credit Agreement.
