Common use of Amendments to Notes Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Notes. The form of Note attached as Exhibit A to the Supplemental Indenture, and each Note issued thereunder, whether a Global Note, Definitive Note, or otherwise, are hereby amended (or, as necessary, deemed to be amended) to delete all provisions inconsistent with the amendments to the Supplemental Indenture effected by this Second Supplemental Indenture. The amended form of Note is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and the Co-Issuers and the Trustee are authorized to take all such actions as are reasonably practicable to cause the cancellation and re-issuance of amended Notes in accordance with the provisions of the Supplemental Indenture consistent with this Second Supplemental Indenture.
