Common use of Amendments to Organization Documents Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Organization Documents. Amend, restate, supplement or otherwise modify the Organization Documents of CSI or any Subsidiary if such amendment, restatement, supplement or modification could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect on (a) the rights and remedies of the Lenders and Agent or (b) the ability of Borrower and the Guarantors to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement and any other Loan Document.
