Amendments to Organizational Agreements and Material Contracts; Amendments to Indebtedness. Amend or permit any amendments to (i) any Loan Party’s organizational documents or any Material Contract, to the extent such amendment could reasonably be expected to be materially disadvantageous to the Lender or (ii) any documents evidencing any Indebtedness of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
