Common use of Amendments to Organizational Documents and Material Contracts Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Organizational Documents and Material Contracts. No Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall permit any of its Subsidiaries to, amend, restate, supplement or otherwise modify any of its Organization Documents or Material Contracts in any manner that is adverse in any material respect to the Credit Parties, the Administrative Agent or the Lenders.

Amendments to Organizational Documents and Material Contracts. No Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall (a) amend or permit any of its Subsidiaries amendments to any Credit Party’s Organizational Documents; or (b) amend or permit any amendments to, amendor terminate or waive any provision of, restateany Material Contract (other than the Related Agreements) if such amendment, supplement termination, or otherwise modify any of its Organization Documents or Material Contracts in any manner that is waiver would be adverse in any material respect to the Credit Parties, the Administrative Agent or the Lenders.
