Amendments to Original Indenture. The amendments contained in this Article 5 shall apply to the Notes only and not to any other series of Securities issued under the Original Indenture and the provisions reflected in this Article 5 are expressly being included solely for the benefit of the Notes and not for the benefit of any other Securities issued under the Original Indenture. The provisions of this Article 5 shall be effective only for so long as any Notes remain outstanding.
