Amendments to Original Indenture. The following amendments to the Original Indenture shall be in effect with respect to the Debentures only. (a) Article Four of the Original Indenture is hereby amended by the deletion of Section 402 in its entirety and the addition of the following Section 402 through Section 406, to read in their entirety as follows:
