Common use of Amendments to PHI Clause in Contracts

Amendments to PHI. To the extent that Business Associate maintains PHI in a Designated Record Set, Business Associate agrees to make any amendment(s) to the PHI in such Designated Record Set that Covered Entity directs or agrees to pursuant to 45 CFR § 164.526, at the request of Covered Entity or an Individual, and in the time and manner specified by Covered Entity.

To the extent that If Business Associate maintains PHI in a Designated Record SetSet for Covered Entity, Business Associate agrees to must make any amendment(s) to the PHI in such a Designated Record Set that Covered Entity directs or agrees to pursuant to in accordance with 45 CFR § 164.526, §164.526 at the request of Covered Entity or an Individual, and in the time and manner specified reasonably designated by Covered Entity.
