Common use of Amendments to Schedule 2 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Schedule 2. 1. From and after the Eighth Amendment Effective Date, Schedule 2.1 to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and supplemented to add the information set forth on the Supplement to Schedule 2.1 attached as Annex B to this Eighth Amendment to reflect amendments pursuant to this Eighth Amendment. All other Schedules to the Credit Agreement shall not be modified or otherwise affected.

All other Schedules to the Credit Agreement shall not be modified or otherwise affected.
