Common use of Amendments to Schedules Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Schedules. The Schedules to the Credit Agreement are hereby amended by adding Schedule 1.01(BC) to the Credit Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit B, immediately following Schedule 1.01(BB) of the Credit Agreement, and by updating the table of contents to reflect this addition.

Amendments to Schedules. The Schedules to the Credit Agreement are hereby amended by adding inserting Annex I attached hereto as a new Schedule 1.01(BC) 1.1B to the Credit Agreement and inserting Annex II attached hereto as a new Schedule 1.1C to the Credit Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit B, immediately following Schedule 1.01(BB) of the Credit Agreement, and by updating the table of contents to reflect this addition.

The Schedules to Schedule 2.01 and Schedule 3.06 of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended by adding in their entirety to read as set forth on Schedule 1.01(BC) to the Credit Agreement2.01 and Schedule 3.06 hereto, attached hereto as Exhibit B, immediately following Schedule 1.01(BB) of the Credit Agreement, and by updating the table of contents to reflect this additionrespectively.

Amendments to Schedules. The Schedules SECTION 2.4.1. Schedule 2.01 to the Existing Credit Agreement are is hereby amended by adding in its entirety as set forth on Annex I attached hereto. SECTION 2.4.2.Schedule 7.02(h) attached hereto as Annex II is hereby added as a new Schedule 1.01(BC7.02(h) to the Existing Credit Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit B, immediately following Schedule 1.01(BB) of Agreement in the Credit Agreement, and by updating the table of contents to reflect this additionappropriate numerical order.
